It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ann Nicole Johnson Mock, age 45, of Samson, who departed this life on Friday, March 27, 2026. Her passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026, at Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, with Reverend Jonathan Presley and Reverend Jimmy Eddins officiating. Family and friends will gather to honor and celebrate a life defined by kindness, dedication, and love.
Ann was born on December 17, 1980, in Opp to David and Brenda Bowers Johnson. Throughout her life, she exemplified compassion and generosity, always willing to extend a helping hand to those in need. Her warm spirit and genuine care for others made her a cherished presence in her community.
She found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially spending time at the beach and in the mountains—places where she created lasting memories with those she loved. Professionally, Ann was a respected finance manager with Sysco, where her commitment and work ethic earned her the admiration of colleagues.
Ann is survived by her devoted husband, Jim David Mock; her beloved sons, Jacob Mock and Brandon Beck (Amber); and her cherished grandchildren, Molly Beck and Briar Beck. She is also lovingly remembered by her parents, David and Brenda Johnson; her sisters, Amanda Biddle (Doug) and Amy Wilson (Tony); and several special nieces and nephews.
Her legacy of kindness, strength, and love will forever remain in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
