It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of Jayson Thomas Ross, a beloved husband, devoted father, cherished son, and loyal friend, who tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident on March 26, 2026, in Rolla, Missouri. At just 25 years old, Jayson’s life, though brief, left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Born on June 10, 2000, to Thomas and Michaela (Siegrist) Ross, Jayson grew up surrounded by family, faith, and love. On June 3, 2023, he married Emma (Weinbaum) Ross, and together they joyfully welcomed their daughter, Ruth Elisabeth Ross, on February 1, 2026. Family was central to Jayson’s life, and his devotion to his wife and daughter was evident in every choice he made and every moment he shared with them.
Jayson lived a life guided by his faith in Jesus Christ, exemplifying love, integrity, and service. He embraced the words of 1 Corinthians 9:19–23, striving to live for others and share the grace and truth of God’s love. His life was a testament to compassion, humility, and selfless devotion, inspiring those around him to live with purpose and kindness.
Professionally, Jayson was hardworking and dedicated, contributing alongside his father in construction and managing projects with care and excellence. He was also the proud owner of Camp Elim RV Park and Co-Owner of Sons and Daughters Wedding Venue, where his vision and dedication created spaces for celebration, community, and lasting memories.
Jayson’s legacy will live on through his wife Emma, daughter Ruth, parents, sister Meggy, grandparents, extended family, friends, and all whose lives he touched. His love, faith, and example of devotion continue to inspire everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
A funeral service honoring Jayson Thomas Ross will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Greentree Christian Church in Rolla, Missouri, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Rolla City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Life Church in Rolla or in honor of his daughter, Ruth. Jayson’s life will be profoundly missed and eternally remembered.
