It is with profound sorrow that we honor the life and memory of Julie Rita Spaulding, who passed away unexpectedly on March 20, 2026, at the age of 48. Julie was a woman of remarkable courage, integrity, and compassion, whose presence left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A proud and dedicated veteran of the United States Army, Julie served her country with distinction during the Iraq War. Her commitment to duty reflected not only her strength of character but also her deep sense of purpose and selflessness. Even beyond her military service, she embodied resilience and grace, facing life’s challenges with quiet determination.
Julie’s devotion to her family and friends was unwavering. She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Cassandra (Jacob) Stumpf; her niece, Angel Stumpf; her godsons, Cody Haier and Dublin Skiver; her aunt, Susan Haskins; her cousin, Megan Shimburski; and many extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, whose memories she carried with her always.
Julie also shared a special bond with her beloved dogs—Tank, Apache, and Gypsy—who were constant companions and a source of comfort and joy in her life.
Those who knew Julie will remember her for her strength, loyalty, and the kindness she extended so freely. Her legacy is one of service, love, and enduring resilience. Though her passing leaves a deep void, her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
