With heavy hearts, we extend our deepest condolences to the Davis family as they mourn the passing of their beloved son, grandson, great-grandson, nephew, and cousin, William Kyle Davis, age 22, of Blackshear. Kyle passed away on the morning of March 26, 2026, at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross—on the one-year anniversary of the loss of his brother, Connor—making this time especially difficult for all who loved him.
Born on September 25, 2003, in Waycross, Georgia, Kyle spent his life in Pierce County and was a proud graduate of Pierce County High School’s Class of 2022. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life and had a gentle spirit that touched those around him. Kyle enjoyed collecting Hot Wheels cars, completing puzzles, drawing, and playing games on his PlayStation. He also loved trips to the movies and the beach, moments that brought him happiness and peace.
Above all, Kyle cherished his family. He loved being surrounded by those closest to him and especially enjoyed playing ball with the Miracle League, where his enthusiasm and joy for life shone brightly. A member of New Life Assembly of God, Kyle’s life reflected warmth, kindness, and a quiet strength.
He was preceded in death by his brother Connor, along with several beloved family members. He leaves behind his parents, William “Bill” Davis and April Michelle Carter; his devoted grandmother and caretaker, Linda Turner Carter; and a large extended family who will forever hold his memory close.
